Milena Nikolić was born and raised in Belgrade where she finished elementary school and Saint Sava Gymnasium cum laude. During her studies at the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law she participated in the work of the expert groups and was particularly interested in the field of Public International Law, diplomacy, human rights and the UN system. So began her engagement in these fields where she then achieved significant success and won numerous awards. Milena is currently a member of the Supervisory Board of the UN Club of University of Belgrade Faculty of Law. She is a former intern of the UN Department of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Republic of Serbia (2015-2016). Being one of the best interns, she worked as Liasion Officer for the delegation of Kingdom of Denmark at OSCE Ministerial Council 2015. Milena is the former President of UN Club of University of Belgrade Faculty of Law and alumni of Forum for Diplomacy and International Relations at her faculty. She is a member of UN Association of Serbia. She was a passionate MUNer and had the opportunity to be the delegate or the chair in the Human Rights Council, UN Environment Assembly, Security Council and UNESCO. She also took the role of the Secretary-General during her MUN career. She was a part of the Organizing Team of Belgrade International Model UN as a team member and Project Team Assistant. She loves traveling, art, history, architecture, swimming, photography, meeting different people and cultures. Milena speaks Serbian, English, Spanish, French and has basic knowledge of Chinese. She recently became an ESL and Spanish Teacher. She sees herself as a creative and hard-working person, always smiling and has a professional and positive approach to everything she does. Milena believes that commitment and hard work is the key to success. Having a broad knowledge due to her experience, she is willing to pass it on.
