On Thursday, May 21, 2019, the United Nations Club in cooperation with the Trainees’ Section of the Bar Association of Belgrade organized a lecture on the topic “The GDPR, Scope and implementation, new legislation regarding data protection in Serbia“, in the hall of the Belgrade Bar Association.
We had the pleasure to hear about this topic from lawyer Milos Stojkovic, law firm Zivkovic Samardzic. Mr. Stojkovic shared important information about the GDPR and the way the scope of it is regulated in Serbia. This lecture was organized as a response to the international focus on Data Protection Rights, within the EU regarding GDPR and new legislation regarding data protection to be implemented soon in Serbia.
In addition, Mr. Stojkovic shared with us his experience from cases he had in practice that dealt with the GDPR.
We would like to thank the attorney Milos Stojkovic, the Trainees’ Section of the Bar Association of Belgrade and everyone who attended! In the following period, you can expect new lectures and other activities in cooperation with the Trainees’ Section of the Bar Association of Belgrade!
